All materials contained in the packs and on our website are copyright to Vergil Limited. Once purchased from Vergil Limited the material can be photocopied for use within the purchasing centre. Individuals purchasing these packs may copy the material for use in their own teaching and training. Disk based material can be put onto an internal network or Intranet. No part of this publication may be reproduced in any form or by any means for publication on the Internet without prior permission in writing from the publishers. This material is not included under licences issued by the Copyright Agency.

Ordering
Please complete and submit the order form. Where the delivery address is to UK schools and colleges goods will be dispatched on receipt of an official order number either on the Vergil online form or sent to us in hard copy. An invoice will be raised once the order has been dispatched. Payment terms are 30 days from date of invoice. All other orders must be accompanied by a cheque in pounds sterling - £Stg, for the full amount of the order. Dispatch within the UK will be by First Class post. Cost of carriage by any other service or outside the UK will be quoted on request. Prices are in pounds sterling - £Stg.

Cancellation
Once an order has been received it is accepted as a binding contract with Vergil Limited. Cancellations made by telephone, email or fax must be confirmed in writing. Any goods dispatched must be returned to Vergil Limited in saleable condition and within 10 working days. As we produce material to order, a charge will be made for cancellations. If a cancellation notice is received by Vergil Limited 5 or more working days before the requested delivery date the charge will be 10% of the net value of the order. For all other cancellations the charge will be 20% of the net value of the order. If the order has already been dispatched the cost of carriage will be added to the charge.

These terms and conditions do not affect the consumers' statutory rights.

Delivery
Published items are usually dispatched within 2 working days of receipt of an official order or cheque. Advance notice of new publications will usually give an "available by" date and whilst every effort is made to meet that deadline Vergil Ltd does not accept any responsibility for unavoidable delays. If there is going to be a delay with your order we will inform you of the anticipated new delivery date.

Refunds
Vergil Limited provide the option of a full refund or exchange if the product is received in an unusable state or is different to that ordered. We will give refunds as soon as possible, taking into account the original method of payment.

Complaints
Vergil Limited believes in providing quality and value to our customers by offering products that have a sound educational foundation and are priced to meet today's demanding budgets. We make every effort to make sure all products are up-to-date and, where applicable, in line with awarding body criteria. We recommend constant reference to the most recent qualification specifications from individual awarding bodies and QCA as these do change. Vergil Limited accept no responsibility for any anomolies between the content of their resource packs and awarding body documentation.

We welcome feedback and constructive criticism and are ready to learn from our mistakes in a continual effort to improve our service.

Privacy
Vergil Limited receives enquiries and orders that contain a contact name and business address. The information given to us is used to advise those individuals of Vergil Limited's products. We do, however, recognise the difference between the need for Information and Respect for Personal Rights and will remove your name from our list if you no longer wish to receive information from us.
